Duration: One Day Schedule:
06:30 AM – Gathering
07:00 AM – Departure
10:00 AM – Arrival and Meet at the trailhead parking lot.
Sign-in and complete any necessary waivers.
Brief introduction to the day's activities and safety briefing.
10:10 AM – Equipment Check and Bike Setup
Distribution of bikes and helmets if not using personal equipment.
Ensure proper bike fitting and adjust settings.
Safety check on all equipment.
10:20 AM – Warm-Up and Skills Session
Guided warm-up session to prepare muscles.
Basic skills refresher (braking, shifting, balance).
Introduction to specific techniques for mountain terrain (cornering, descending).
10:30 AM – Begin the Ride: Climbing Section
Start with a moderate climb to get acclimated.
Enjoy scenic views and short breaks as needed.
Guidance on pacing and energy management.
12:00 PM – Trail Descent and Technical Riding
Introduction to more technical sections with varied terrain.
Practice descending skills on rocky and root-laden paths.
Instruction on navigating switchbacks and tight turns.
13:00 PM – Lunch Break
Stop at a scenic viewpoint or designated picnic area.
Enjoy a packed lunch or catered meal.
Hydration and rest.
14:00 PM – Advanced Trail Riding
Tackle more challenging trails with steep descents and technical features.
Optional sections for riders seeking additional challenges.
Ongoing coaching and support from guides.
15:30 PM – Cool Down and Free Ride
Gentle ride on easier trails to cool down.
Opportunity for free riding or exploring nearby trails.
Focus on enjoying the ride and taking in the scenery.
16:30 PM – Return to Trailhead
Arrive back at the starting point.
Stretching session to aid recovery.
Debrief and sharing of experiences.
